It is such a joy to document a family in all of their milestones. From their pregnancy announcement with big brother Luka to baby Ollie’s 2nd month earth side, I’ve been there to see it all.

This time, they decided to capture this new chapter all on film and I love the nostalgic feel to it. The newborn stage is hazy and unpredictable just like film, but also full of color and light, just like film.

In real life, we laugh and we get grumpy. We have the perfect smiles and we mean mug it. I loved capturing all the emotions of this family on film. I know personally I love photos of my kids’ grumpy faces. I think it’s the cutest thing ever, cause they’re so upset over nothing. I also love their big smiles, cause they find joy in the littlest things.
