Let me tell you a bit about myself!
I'm a Christ follower and wedding photographer based in the beautiful Florida Panhandle. I specialize in playful couples portraits and tell your story through my artistic wedding imagery.
I’m not the kind of photographer who’s just gonna show up to take photos and leave. I’m there for you from DAY 1! I’ll help you plan your timeline, find you the best vendors, and even help you pick a color for the bridesmaid dresses. Chances are this is your first time planning a wedding, but it’s not mine. I want to make this as stress free and beautiful as possible for you, so don’t ever hesitate to ask me questions! This is my happy place and I hope it becomes yours too.
I’ve always been a creative person and love capturing what’s in front of me. I’ve tried many different avenues of art, but I always ended up with a camera in my hand and photographing people in their element. To me there is no higher honor than to be a part of such incredibly personal moments in the lives of my couples.
April: Bentonville, AZ
August: Lower California
Me and my favorite travel companion.
I’ve been married to David Law for over 5 years now and have loved every minute of it!
Ok, maybe not every minute. Life is full of struggles, but I can’t think of anyone else I’d rather face those struggles with. He’s inspired me to become a better person and truly loves me for me. Can’t wait to see all the places we’ll go.
Q + A
Q: HOW DO I BOOK YOU?
Q: CAN YOU TRAVEL?
A: Absolutely! I am located in the Florida Panhandle, but I would be happy to travel somewhere special to you or even exploring a new environment you’ve always wanted to see.
Q: WHAT IF I ALREADY HAD AN ENGAGEMENT SHOOT?
A: I highly recommend doing another engagement shoot with me anyways. It will help you become more comfortable with standing in front of the camera and give us a chance to get to know each other before your wedding. And weddings booked for 6+ hours include a free engagement session.
Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes! I have it on all my equipment and liability insurance.
Q: HOW DO I POSE IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA?
A: You just be yourself and have fun! I want you to pretend like the camera isn't there and let me focus on all the details.
Q: Will you help me with my timeline?
A: Absolutely! It is a huge benefit for me and for you. I've photographed many weddings and I've planned many timelines. I know how long it takes to do everything you want and the best lighting to do it in at the right time of day.
Q: Do I get the raw files?
A: No, I never give anyone the raw files. The raw files are unfinished pieces of my work and I only give out the finished product. Whatever you've heard, you don't need the raw files anyways. I give you high-quality photos.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THE PHOTOS BACK?
A: For weddings , elopements, and rehearsal dinners it takes up to 8 weeks. For sessions, it takes up to 4 weeks.
Q: CAN I PRINT MY OWN PHOTOS?
A: Yes! Although I highly recommend you ordering your prints through me to ensure you get the best quality prints. If you display any of your engagement photos at your wedding, please be sure to give me credit as the photographer.
Q: WHAT DO WE WEAR FOR PHOTOS?
A: I’ll send you a what to wear guide, but basically just wear something that is comfortable and something you’d normally wear. Be yourselves!
Q: HOW MANY wedding IMAGES ARE INCLUDED?
A: I guarantee at least 50 images an hour. It all depends on what we’re fitting into your timeline.
Q: WHAT IF WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE OUR SHOOT DUE TO WEATHER?
A: We can reschedule if weather is really that awful, but some of my favorite sessions ever have been on days with a little rain. And wind? Wind is my favorite! Embracing the weather makes for incredible photos. We will make the decision together whether we need to reschedule or not.
Q: WHAT CAKE SHOULD WE GET?
A: Chocolate. The answer is always chocolate, haha.
