The Bellamy of 30a Wedding || Cole + Jenny

I love weddings that are simple in nature, but hold so much meaning and beauty. Cole and Jenny had several well-thought details all throughout their day and in the decor. They chose some outstanding places to have all their precious memories in too. The girls got ready at this gorgeous 360 Blue house. With white, shiplap walls all throughout the house, it was a photographer’s dream! And that luxurious tub… well I just had to put Jenny in it, lol.

Jenny’s mom helped her get ready and we had all the bridesmaids wait till she was all dressed up to see her. It was such a sweet moment with her closest friends. The sweetest moment of all though was when her dad cried when he saw her in her dress for the first time. First looks with fathers get me every time!

If you’re wanting a small wedding, The Bellamy of 30a is an excellent option for that! It has a room for the bride to get ready in, it’s own kitchen, and a green lawn for an intimate ceremony and reception. Their reception decor was beautiful in it’s neutral tones, but I really loved how they incorporated Jenny’s heritage with the Chinese decorations and pops of red. I’m all about making your wedding as uniquely YOU as possible!

My favorite part of the day is when Jenny ditched her gorgeous white gown for a simple red gown! She loved her white dress, but when she read in my Wedding Tips that tight dresses can be difficult to move around in, she bought a simple yet stunning red dress to wear after the ceremony. It was definitely a show stopper and everybody raved about it! I loved that I was able to inspire her to make that choice.

If you’ve seen other weddings of mine, you’ve probably noticed a lot of sparkler exits. That’s because it’s such a fun way to end the night! However, while it is a lot of fun, it can also get crazy and dangerous quick. Check out my tips for organizing a successful sparkler exit here.
